Epic Protein Pancake

Ingredients for 1 big pancake or 2 medium ones:

1 dl casein protein powder
1/2 dl semolina or 1/2 dl almond flour for a gluten free version
1 egg
1,5 dl milk, buttermilk, kefir or vegetarian milk of your choice
1 tsp baking powder
vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
sweetener of your choice, to taste (if using plain sugar, take it into account in the macros)

Mix everything together, pour into a well greased skillet, cook in the oven at 200°C for 10 mn.
Top with fruit, yoghurt, sour cream.

434 kcal.; 452 kcal. if using almond flour (add 90 kcal if using 2 tbsp real sugar)

Carbs: 36 g; 15 g if using almond flour (add 24 g if you use 2 tbsp real sugar)
Fat: 13 g; 23 g if using almond flour
